Production

The series is directed by Kenji Nagasaki of No. 6 and written by Yōsuke Kuroda of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Character designs were done by both Kenichi Ohnuki (who worked on Mobile Suit Gundam AGE as a character animation director) and Suzuhito Yasuda, one of the character designers for Ai Tenchi Muyo!.

Kunio Okawara returned to provide new mechanical designs, joining him were Junichi Akutsu aka BEECRAFT (Gunpla Builders Beginning G and various Cosmic Era series), Junya Ishigaki (Mobile Suit Victory Gundam, New Mobile Report Gundam Wing, After War Gundam X, New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and Mobile Suit Gundam AGE), Kanetake Ebikawa (Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Gunpla Builders Beginning G and Mobile Suit Gundam AGE) and Kenji Teraoka (Moble Suit Gundam 00 and Mobile Suit Gundam AGE).
