A mobile fighter representing Neo Poland in the 13th Gundam Fight. Since it was developed in a country where the mobile fighter technology is still in its infancy, the Gundam Magnat's performance is inferior to that of mobile fighters from other countries. It is an unusual machine that excels in shooting battles using beam Vulcans. However, its firepower is insufficient, and it doesn't function well in the Gundam Fight, which is centered on close combat.

In the Survival Eleven, it would face off against the Gundam Rose in Paris, but was defeated when its head was cruelly ripped off by a raging George de Sand who was triggered by a nightmare of Devil Gundam. As a result, Chelsea was eliminated from the qualifying round.
