Technology & Combat Characteristics
This mobile fighter represents the space colony of Neo Mongolia. The Temjin Gundam is a fairly mediocre machine, with no built-in weapons or special features. Its chief advantage is the swordsmanship skill of pilot Kill Harn, whose two-handed fighting technique proves a challenge even for Neo America's Gundam Maxter.
- Temjin Scimitar
Neo Mongolia's entry in the 13th Gundam Fight was designed as a close combat mobile fighter. Kill Harn's GF13-053NMO Temjin Gundam was armed only with two temjin scimitars, which were somewhat similar to Neo Turkey's GF13-052NT Minaret Gundam. The lack of ranged weapons proved to be disastrous for Kill when he faced Chibodee Crocket's GF13-006NA Gundam Maxter in Manhattan, New York. Though Kill was about to sever Chibodee's head, Chibodee panicked from his encounter with the JDG-00X Devil Gundam and blew off both of the Temjin Gundam's arms and disabled its head before stopping his furious attack. After the 13th Gundam Fight ended, Kill returned as part of the World Gundam Federation to defend Earth from the Devil Gundam.
Notes & Trivia
- Temjin Gundam is named after the birth name of the legendary Mongol leader Genghis Khan, and the Gundam's design is based on the style of armor worn by Khan's Mongol hordes.
