The mobile fighter representing Neo-Egypt at the 13th Gundam Fight. Neo-Egypt has inherited the name Pharaoh Gundam from generation to generation, and the motif of this machine is an ancient Egyptian common soldier. Its armament is unknown, except for its fixed equipment, as it was never shown off.

During maintenance, the Pharaoh Gundam XII was attacked by Pharaoh Gundam IV, which was infected by DG cells, and was destroyed.
Super-Class! Mobile Fighter G Gundam
In the alternate version of Super-Class! Mobile Fighter G Gundam manga, Kaure Ramses doesn't appear at all. Instead, Neo Egypt's government heard rumors of Dahal Muhammad's revival and, believing it was because of the pyramid's mysterious powers, constructed the Pharaoh Gundam XIII for him. However, the revived Dahal, actually returned from death along with the GF4-001NE Pharaoh Gundam IV because of DG Cells, and lost much of his rational thought and destroyed the new Mobile Fighter.
