The GF13-002NGR Zeus Gundam is a mobile suit from Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It is piloted by Marcelot Chronos of Neo Greece.
Fighting Style
This gundam from Neo-Greece is a close range fighter type. The main weapons it has are a sword and a hammer. The goal of this gundam is to make the battle as close range as possible. The Thunder of judgment attack charges the hammer with electrical energy then slamming the weapon on the opponent. The chariot it has is designed to move this gundam at high speed through the air or on the ground. The chariot is not really designed to fight at high speed.
History
Neo Greece's entry in the 13th Gundam Fight was inspired by the Greek mythology of the ancient world. As befitting a mobile fighter named after a god, the GF13-002NGR Zeus Gundam was equipped with several powerful weapons. Its main armament was a Zeus caliber sword, but it also was equipped with a thunder hammer for use in the ultimate attack 'Thunder of Judgment'. The Zeus Gundam was also equipped with a Hercules mobile chariot, which was similar in appearance to the GF13-001NHII Master Gundam's Fuunsaiki, but different in construction and operation. The Zeus Gundam was also capable of sustained flight thanks to the wings mounted on its back. As the Finals began, the massive Marcelot Cronos was the favorite to win the tournament. However, he was defeated by Domon Kasshu's GF13-017NJII God Gundam. Marcelot would later return to trouble Domon again, and during the Battle Royale he was infected with the JDG-00X Devil Gundam's DG cells and ultimately killed by Domon.

- The Gundam's name comes from the King of the mythical Olympian Gods.
- Incidently, it's pilot's surname, Cronos, is a homage to Kronos, The King of the Titans and Zeus's father.
- Although based on the Greek Lightning God, Zeus Gundam's Thunder Hammer was clearly inspired by the Norse Thunder God, Thor.
