Template:Infobox/Mobile Weapon Ver.2The G-SAVIOUR G-Saviour Terrain Mode Hover Type is a mobile suit from the G-Saviour series. It appears in a promotional trailer for the film.

Technology & Combat Characteristics

To improve its performance under gravity, the G-Saviour was equipped with additional equipment for better maneuverability, creating the G-SAVIOUR G-Saviour Terrain Mode. A detachable hover unit for the skirt and rear of the MS can also be added for improved aerial mobility, resulting in the G-Saviour Terrain Mode Hover Type.[1]

Armaments

  • 30mm Vulcan Guns
A pair of vulcan guns located in the head. Used to thwart enemy movement.
  • Beam Saber
A single beam saber used for close range combat. It is light blue in color.
  • Beam Shield
A shield that is emitted from a beam generator located on the left forearm.
  • MC-1 thru MC-6 and MPC-1 thru MPC-4 Compatible Hand Weapons
A variety of universal weapons can be equipped to the G-Saviour. The only one seen is the beam rifle.
  • Beam Rifle
A rapid-fire beam rifle that shoots blue beams. It can be stored on the rear skirt armor when not in use.

Special Equipment & Features

  • Hover Unit
A hover unit that utilizes the PHP-44 system, it increases the mobility of the G-Saviour greatly. Thrusters are equipped to the front skirt armor and a large hover unit is fitted onto the back of the MS. Propellant tanks to power the thrusters are also located at the waist, which can also be purged.[1]

History

The G-Saviour Terrain Mode Hover Type appears in the G-Saviour promotional trailer, where it fights Bugus of the Marchosias crime syndicate in the Side 4 Settlement of "New Manhattan".
