We should come up with some rules for when people post trivia on both character and mobile suit pages. Do any admins or longtime editors have any suggestions, because the trivia's been coming down to basic x is similar to y.Gaeaman788 (talk) 16:49, January 10, 2013 (UTC)
Lift from the discussion, I say a visual comparing should be fine as they're often way more obvious (and can be seen right there, without the need to sit through whole season of anime). Personality/role/function however, aren't. And instead of comparing, just point out similarity on face value ("X look like Y", or "thing that look like X appear in episode Z of Y" - with screenshot provided), not some fan speculation ("X is based on Y", unless you have designer's note provided). --My girlfriend is a loli. 04:18, January 11, 2013 (UTC)

What do you guys think of the entries about the Voice Actors? I find those that are added just for the sake of pointing other characters with the same voice actor(s) (without anything else) sometimes annoying. --Bronx01 (talk|contribs) 17:44, January 11, 2013 (UTC)
The voice actors thing is needed I think. Examples would be the Ribbons VA also doing Amuro while Swaile who did Amuro also did Setsuna, or McNeil's inspiration for Duo's scream when Deathscythe got blown up. Gaeaman788 (talk) 20:06, January 11, 2013 (UTC)

- Those should be remove. People who want to know can check it on Wikipedia, and link in infobox is enough. If should be keep only if there is ralate trivia about VA themselves as well (such as Hikaru Midorikawa (Heero) and Takehito Koyasu (Zechs) also voice rival characters in hadful of other work). And no, just being VA of character with similar role/personality doesn't count. --My girlfriend is a loli. 02:31, January 12, 2013 (UTC)
