Flanagan (フラナガン Furanagan?) is a character in the movie Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-.
Background Information[]
Flanagan is the head of Flanagan Institute, a facility that conducts research on Newtypes. He speculates that the Zeon ace pilot Char Aznable might be a Newtype based on his aerial combat skills and shoot-down rate shown at Odessa and other battles. He plans to entrust Char with the Psycommu system developed by himself.
