Fixx Bloodman is a character introduced in the anime After War Gundam X.
Personality & Character[]
Bloodman wants to maintain his rule, which leads him to reject the concept that Newtypes are the future of humanity as this would make him seem inferior and unfit to lead.[1]
History[]
In A.W. 0015, Fixx acted mostly a figure head of the New United Nations Earth. He was one of seven New United Nations Earth Officers that made up a committee dedicated to reuniting the Earth and the most powerful person in the New UNE. After bringing most of the Earth back under the rule of the New UNE, he announces to the world that the Space Revolutionary Army is still an active threat to the Earth.[2]
He sent out a force to stop the SRA from firing their Colony Laser, but Garrod had already stopped it. His forces instead capture Garrod and Tiffa, and he orders the Frost brothers to bring them to him. He tries to get information from Garrod and accepts his condition of releasing the Freeden crew. However, Tiffa reads his mind and reveals that he was lying. Garrod refuses to help him and the pair are imprisoned.[3]
During deliberations with the council, he attempts to convince the other officers that the New UNE should go to war against the SRA. However, the other six instead opt for a peaceful resolution. Shagia and Olba Frost had already pledged their loyalty by this point and had attempted to persuade him to go to war. Bemused by his inability to move the council, they take matters into their own hands and kill them as they attempt to leave the base by plane. They report that the officers were killed by a bomb planted by the SRA, though Bloodman quickly figures out the truth. He accepts their fabricated story and decides to move forward with the war.[4]
During the 8th Space War, Fixx commanded the flagship of the New United Nations Earth Space Fleet, the Amanesel.[5] Guided by D.O.M.E. he met with Seidel Rasso as well as members of the Freeden II to discover the truth of Newtypes.[6] The two immediately turn their weapons on each other after leaving the moon and seeing that their forces have already resumed fighting. He rejoices when Seidel is killed by the Frost brothers and their Satellite System, but is soon killed himself as they turn it against him.[7]
