The Build Divers have made a striking impression in their debut match, and now challenges from other forces are pouring in. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the members are about to choose an opponent for their next battle. Then Magee appears, informing them that there are things other than battles that only forces can do.
While watching the tail end of the Build Divers' battle against the 7th Panzer Division, Riku and Yukio are busy giving their own self-congratulating commentary in Magee's voice and style. Both Nanami and Momoka annoyed by this, but Koichi tells them to let them be as first victories will do that and to let them have that win.
In GBN, the kids notice all the fight challenges they are getting, surprised at how much their victory against Rommel's forces had made them famous. Ayame notices how carefree they are and that their opponents won't be so easy to fight with them analyzing their moves. Koichi lightly admonishes her, but Ayame just states a fact. Before Riku can challenge another opponent, Magee suddenly shows up, telling them that there are more things that a Force can do other than just fighting. He points out to a blimp talking about a Force Festival. Momoka wants to go, but Riku wants to know more. Magee describes various events that can happen, including races, sports tournaments, dance-offs and even karaoke. Yukio remembers he's heard of this, that you can get special items and wear special costumes for it. Magee confirms it and reveals the current event: the Beargguy Festival, where one attends a Beargguy party. Momoka and Sarah are absolutely smitten by their looks, with Magee explaining what a Beargguy is. Momoka and Yukio convince Riku to go, but Ayame passes. However, Momoka and Sarah stop her and, to Ayame's horror, Koichi can't really help her.
As the Build Divers take off, Ayame is incredible embarrassed to do so and, when she reaches the gate to reach Beargguy Festival, she attempts to turn around and leave, only for the Momokapool to launch its arm back and grab the Zeromaru, dragging it through. At the park, the kids are in awe over it all and easily succumb to the idea of trying out Beargguy costumes, briefly pretending to be a Super Sentai group, the "Fourgguy Rangers". They're having a lot of fun, but realize Ayame isn't. Again, Koichi is of no help and she is dragged into wearing a Beargguy hat as well. The Force end up having a lot of fun, with Momoka and Sarah hugging a Beargguy, riding a roller coaster (showing that Koichi has a fear of heights), messing with a special camera, eating Beargguy bread, playing on a teacup ride (with Riku and Yukio spinning quite fast, Koichi having spun himself dizzy and the Patrick avatar left alone and slapped in the face), riding a rocket ride and bungee jumping (all of which showcase Koichi's fear of heights). As the others prepare to do something, Ayame is caught off-guard by the sight of a Pettite'gguy and absolutely melts, cuddling it before she hears the click of a camera, chasing after the kids as she realizes they took a photo of her.
As the kids run off to their next ride, Koichi mentions how much energy they have, Ayame muttering that he's so old. The two are called out by two girls, who request that they take a picture of them. Koichi's shyness kicks in, leading him to stammer before Ayame takes over, taking their camera and taking their photo. When kids return, ready for another ride, the girls realize who they are and gush at how amazing they were, annoying Momoka again. While having a lunch, the girls explain they're part of an all-girls Force, the Archangels. Momoka thinks an all-girls team is really rare, but its explain that it isn't, as there are plenty of female Divers in-game. They ask if they're here for the Event mission, not realizing they had quite the rivals for it. Riku is confused over it, leading to Build Divers looking it up, learning of a treasure hunt with the main prize being a special Mushagguy. The kids all agree that they need to do such a thing.
At the event island, the rules are given out: there are various treasure chests in order to find a special statue where they'll be lead to the final chest and the prize. Suddenly, a Murasame and Gaia Gundam call out to them, Riku recognizing them as the girls from before - Kanari and Stea. Having done this before, they know where the clues are, but Riku isn't giving up without a fight. A Zogok looks through the bushes but he and his Agg companion can't find any. An EWAC Zack and a Stargazer Gundam prepare its search, the EWAC Zack using its radar to find the chest, but its large head prevents it from getting it, allowing the Zogok's long arms to snatch it away. Kanari and Stea reach a tree, leading to Kanari shooting it, revealing a clue. Trying to figure out if its by a lake or the ocean, the two fly on, Stea bearing a determined face. Momoka and Sarah find a quiz time chest in a lake, but Momoka's horrified that the quiz is naming ten Gundam series, leaving Momoka to call Yukio over, who is busy finding a dud chest. Elsewhere, Riku tries to get out of Ayame where they're going, revealing she's leading him to the statue. She said she played a similar event two years ago, which Riku finds odd, since she told him she played solo. She silences him before he can really ask and reach the statue.
At the statue, a video comes up with a video of a Beargguy giving out the clue about how the Gundam threw a certain MS in "Cucuruz Doan's Island" into the ocean and the prize would be at a formation shaped like its head. Ayame figures out it's a Zaku head, explain that Amuro Ray decided there was no need to fight anymore and threw Doan's Zaku into the ocean, quickly leaving to reach the spot. Kanari and Stea arrive soon after, noticing the two leaving. To Kanari's shock, Stea's determined to get the prize and rushes off ahead. As Riku and Ayame land, Ayame has a flashback of her and another preparing to complete the same quest, confusing the woman dearly. However, her thoughts are cut off as Stea arrives and attacks, causing them to scatter. The two are confused and a little put off by her attacking during an event. Despite Kanari pleading for Stea to stop, she refuses - she wants to contribute to her force and will do so by any means necessary - even activating a Break Decal. Riku, Ayame and Kanari are shocked by this revelation. Stea explains that she doesn't want to be a burden, that it was her fault that their Force dropped in rank. Despite Kanari's plea, Stea is adamant and unleashes the stronger power of the Decal, corrupting the world and causing the rides to go out of control.
Kanari attempts to plea with Stea, that they'd never give up on her, but Stea refuses to listen, claiming they will eventually and proceeds to show her new strength by attacking Riku, who blocks with his Super GN Sword II. Riku calls out her inability to trust her friends and that she should be there having fun. Stea ignores this, claiming he wouldn't understand, being so talented; she wants to useful to her team or she'll be kicked out. She attempts to attack again, but Riku stops her, cutting the Gaia's thrusters off and causing Stea to fall. As she does, Kanari catches her and gently begs her to believe in her, that they'll remain together no matter what, causing Stea to tearfully apologize and end the Break Boost, restoring the world to normalcy. As the sun sets, Riku joins the girls with his hand extended towards Stea, telling her the festival isn't over yet.
At the nighttime festival, Yukio expresses surprise at Stea being a Mass-Diver with Koichi concerned at how widespread the Break Decals have gotten. Outside the festival, Ayame mulls over Riku's words as he joins her. He realizes what Kyoya Kujo meant by wanting to protect this world and Riku vows to make sure the makers of the Break Decals don't have their way, fireworks lighting up the sky as he finishes.
