The FF-XII-Fb Full Burnern Core Fighter II is a fighter craft/escape craft from the OVA Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory.
Technology & Combat Characteristics
When the Gundam "Zephyranthes" was upgraded into the Gundam Full Burnern "Zephyranthes", the core fighter itself was also modified. The wings, which were deemed unnecessary for a zero-G environment, were deleted in favor of large booster pods, additional propellant tanks and an upgraded generator. These modifications gave the FF-XII-Fb the speed and mobility of a high performance fighter.

- Mounted under the wings of the Core Fighter is the Zephyranthes's beam sabers, which are reconfigured so that when the cockpit is in core fighter mode they serve as low energy beam guns suitable for aerial dogfights.
History
The Core Fighter II Full Burnern Type was used by Kou Uraki as the cockpit section of the RX-78GP01-Fb Gundam "Zephyranthes" Full Burnern. During Kou Uraki's duel with Anavel Gato, the Core Fighter was damaged and couldn't be used to escape. Thus, it was destroyed, along with the Gundam.
