Enhanced Persons (強化人士 Kyouka Jinshi?) are a biotechnology from the Ad Stella timeline [2].
Overview[]
They are an application of Belmeria Winston's Neural Expansion Theory [1]. These artificially enhanced humans served as guinea pigs for Peil's development of Gundam-type mobile suits, as well as body-doubles, such as those altered with Elan Ceres' face.
