The EMS-TC02 Phantom V2 Custom (aka Phantom Gundam Version 2 Custom) is a transformable mobile suit featured in Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam: Dust.
Technology & Combat Characteristics
A modified version of the Phantom V2 developed by Cyclops. There are no changes on the main body of the Phantom V2, but as a result of repeated adjustments over a long period of time, the side skirt armaments were restored and the performance of the Minovsky Drive was also greatly enhanced, as a result, it is possible to deploy for about 1 hour without using a cooling cartridge, and the propulsion power is also 12% higher than the original Phantom. With this upgrade, the Minovsky Drive was able to be used at all times.
Armaments
- Flame Sword
A powerful high output beam saber which utilizes the same Phantom Light mechanic. By "flushing" the I-field against a beam shield or beam saber, the Flame Sword can destroy the I-field that holds the shape of the defending weapon. Is a restored version of the original.
- Flame Rifle
- Multi-purpose Assault Weapon "Kujaku"
A combined armament reproduced by Black Low Transport . In functionally is the same as the original.
- Mystic Shield
Defensive armament with is a upgraded nose rotor. By deploying it, becomes a large shield, and it is possible to prevent a beam with the I field. The function of the central rotor part is the same as the original. In the "Mirage Bird" form, it is attached to the nose in the closed state and the beam rotor can create propulsion.
Special Equipment & Features
- Phantom Light
A Minovsky Drive is equipped on the Phantom V2. Since the Wings of Light effects generated are unstable, the I-field generator of the whole body suppresses this and forcibly stabilizes it, thus the Wings of Light of this MS appear to sway like a flame, creating "Phantom Light". Due to the several adjusments to the aircraft the duration of the Phantom Light they increaser for a 1 hour without a cooling the unit.
- Bio-Computer
A Psycommu device that transmite the information about the aircraft to the pilot. Is installed to control the balance in the whole body like the original phantom.
- Deformation
Can be transformed into the "Mirage Bird V2".
