Deira Nadira is the heir to House Nadira, one of the Seven Stars families. After the shuttle explosion that allegedly claimed the life of her fiance, Mina Zalmfort, her father, Lord Nadira, was accused of misconduct with the African Union, leading to his imprisonment. Deira, believing that her father was framed, would steal her family's Gundam frame, Gundam Gremory, and flee to Antarctica.
During her self-imposed exile, she would encounter Argi Mirage, piloting his Gundam Astaroth Renascimento, looking for her regarding the Zalmfort family's plot against her family. The two would fight, with Argi claiming Mina's alive and wants to see her again. Not believing him, she would continue attacking until Mina called out to her, breaking up the fight. She would later discuss the circumstances surrounding her father's imprisonment and the Zalmfort family's involvement.
After the Zalmfort family's corruption was exposed following a fight between Tanto Tempo and the Zalmfort family, Deira Nadira would take over as Gjallarhorn's representative to Tanto Tempo.

- Deira's fiance, and believed to have died in a shuttle explosion outside of the Dort colonies, her alleged death prompted the framing of Deira's father for corruption with the African Union. Truly believing she was killed, she was in disbelief when told she was alive until finally hearing her again. Despite the tragic circumstances surrounding both of their families, Deira was content was allow Mina to assume her new life as Mina Cerulean.
