Daz Roden (ダズ・ローデン Dazu Rôden?) is a fictional character from the Mobile Suit Gundam AGE anime series. He pilots the ovm-e Dorado.
Personality & Character[]
Although not much is known about Daz, it has been shown that he a loyal subordinate of Zeheart. Daz is willing to give his life for the Vagan cause.
History[]
Daz acts as Zeheart Galette's handler during the latter's long term infiltration mission in Tordia. During this time he leads a failed attack on the Asuno residence, where his ovm-e Dorado is defeated by Asemu Asuno 's Gundam AGE-1.
During the graduation ceremony, the Earth Federation Forces Military Police interrupt the celebration to arrest Zeheart on the suspicion of being a spy. Asemu intervenes but the Federation officer does not back down and insists on arresting Zeheart. As a last resort, Daz fires his gun towards the stage, then proceeds to take Romary Stone hostage before escaping. He is chased into the woods by the MPs, but gets into his mobile suit and is easily able to escape his pursuers.
After Zeheart is promoted to commander, Daz becomes his right hand man and is always at his side. He is one of the few people who knows of Zeheart's relationship with Asemu Asuno.
In the final battle to take Nortrum, Daz sorties in a ovm-el Dorado L (piloted first by Mazato Langley) alongside his master. He is killed when he overloads his Mu-szell in a battle with Flit Asuno 's AGE-1F Gundam AGE-1 Flat.
