Darota (ダロタ?) is a character from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin manga.
History[]
Lt. Darota is a Principality of Zeon officer who works under Garma Zabi. After Garma's death, Icelina Eschonbach comes to Garma's former headquarters and meets up with Darota so they can launch an attack of revenge on White Base. They do so, with Darota in charge of the main Gaw in charge of the attack. When the RX-78-2 Gundam attacks the Gaws, he is seriously wounded and dies when Icelina takes over for him and crashes the Gaw into the Gundam. Later, the gun that Icelina tried to shoot Amuro with from the Gaw was pulled out of his holster when he was lying motionless in the cockpit.
