Cumpa Rusita (クンパ・ルシータ?), born Piani Kaluta (ピアニ・カルータ Piani Karūta?), is the overarching antagonist of Gundam Reconguista in G. He was a Colonel in the Research Department of the Capital Guard.[1]

After being told of the incident at the Capital Tower. He participates in a diplomatic dinner party with Wilmit Zenam, Gel Trimedestus Nug and high officials from other nations.[2]
