Crown (クラウン?) is a character who appeared in the series Mobile Suit Gundam.
History
A mobile suit pilot for the Principality of Zeon, he and Char Aznable attacked the Earth Federation ship White Base in his Zaku II when it was attempting to enter the Earth's atmosphere. His battle with the RX-78-2 Gundam lasted too long and was pulled in by earth's gravity and incinerated along with his Zaku by the frictional heat from entering the atmosphere.[1]

- In Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2, it is heavily implied that Crown is actually a Newtype. During the first One Year War storyline battle, Char says "What's the matter, Crown? You should be able to read the enemy." Later, as Crown is caught in the Earth's atmosphere, Char bemoans that "losing your ability this soon is regrettable."
- This would make Crown the first Newtype to appear on screen.
