Charlie (チャーリー?) is a minor character from Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket.
History[]
Charlie was an old bartender at the "Pink Elephant" bar on the Ribo colony.[1]
He had lived on Ribo his whole life and helped leak information about the location of the Earth Federation's Ribo base to Cyclops Team member Gabriel Ramirez Garcia. Charlie was friends with Cyclops Team captain Hardie Steiner, and even tried to warn Steiner to leave Ribo and break his ties with Zeon. Steiner denied his request, even though he knew Zeon couldn't win the One Year War. After the Cyclops Team was defeated in Operation Rubicon, Charlie spoke with Bernard Wiseman, the last surviving member of Cyclops Team. Charlie informed Bernie that the Zeon intend to carry out a nuclear attack on Side 6.
