CFK-029 Michaelis (ミカエリス Mikaerisu?) is a mobile suit introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. It is piloted by Shaddiq Zenelli.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The Michaelis is a new model MS developed by Grassley Defense Systems that is equipped with the same "Antidote" Anti-GUND Format equipment seen on its predecessor, the CEK-040 Beguir-Beu. The Beam Bracer, a combination armament, replaces the manipulator on its right arm.
Armaments[]
- Beam Bracer
- A combination armament that makes use of Non-Kinetic Effectors, the core elements of Anti-GUND Format protection equipment. When folded up, the Beam Bracer can be used as a Beam Rifle, shooting beams from a barrel located in the center. When unfolded, it can release "Antidote" attacks that interfere with GUND FORMAT Links. However, these "Antidote" attacks only affect GUND Format links with Permet scores of 3 or lower.[1] The Beam Bracer can also be detached, becoming wire-guided.
- Beam Saber
- Melee weapon built into the left arm's short shield.
- Javelin Bracer
- A portable compound equipment made by combining a drill javelin and a strike brace. This unit has an extendable dagger knife built into it, meaning it can be used as a concealed weapon.

History[]
Michaelis was deployed following duel over Miorine between Suletta and Shaddiq. Michaelis was able to take out Chuchu's Demi Trainer, and it was able to almost isolate XVX-016 Gundam Aerial, however it was shot in the head and its antenna by Demi Trainer.
It was deployed again to fight against Guel's MD-0064 Darilbalde in full power after removing its regulation limiters while the rest of the Grassley team fends off the Dominicus for Henao to relocate Sarius. Despite its fully powered mode that overwhelmed and heavily damaged the Darilbalde, it was defeated by the Daribalde's beam composite arms severing its limbs.

- Michaelis was erroneously listed in promotional material as having the same model number as the CEK-040 Beguir-Beu. The correct model number was shown in If I Could Take One More Step Toward You.
- Michaelis was originally designed to have a Beam Rifle, though it was ultimately used for the CFP-013 Heindree Sturm instead.[2]
