Barbara Hahari is a main character in Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation: Code Fairy, and acts as Killy Garrett's second in command and operator for the Noisy Fairy Squadron.

Barbara is extremely strict and is heavy on discipline. However, she does care about the squadron although she never really admits it.
