Astraia Tor Deikun (アストライア・トア・ダイクン?) is a character who first appears in the Mobile Suit Variations series, and in the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin manga.
Background
Astraia Tor Deikun is the wife of politician Zeon Zum Deikun, leader of Side 3's Republic of Zeon. She was originally diva of the night club "Eden" at Side 3 where she first met Deikun, who was a mere political activist at the time. She is old friends with Clamp, who worked as bartender at club Eden and Crowley Hamon, who also worked there. Astraia had two children, Casval Rem Deikun and Artesia Som Deikun. After Deikun's death, she was placed in state custody by Rozelucia, an old comrade of Zeon Deikun who hated Astraia intensely, while her children fled to Earth. She dies from illness brought on by stress while in prison.
