Anise is a fictional character from ∀ Gundam television series.
History[]
Verlaine's grandmother. Anise is a stubborn old woman. She refuses to evacuate from her farm because of her worry over what mobile suit battles will do to the land. When Bruno and Jacop try to steal from her fields, she forces them to work on her fields in order to compensate her.
When Loran comes to her land in his mobile suit, she attacks his Gundam with a pitchfork. Loran and Dianna help her with her harvest. With their help, she learns that her daughter's husband was injured during the conflict and may be forced to live in the streets. Though she is initially distraught and angry at Dianna, she is then read the second letter which informs her that Keith is looking after them. After the battle, she helps Loran and Dianne make a stretcher for the injured Miashei and leaves the farm to avoid the conflict.
She eventually reunites with her granddaughter and is seen with him at the end of the series.[1]
