The ARZ-125 Re-Haze (aka Re-Hyze) is a transformable mobile suit from Advance of Zeta Re-Boot: Gundam Inle . It is piloted by Alicia Zabi.

Techonlogy & Combat Characteristics[]

The ARZ-125 Re-Haze is a customized and remodeled version of the RX-124HS Gundam TR-6 [Haze'n-thley II], captured and repurposed by ReZeon. Designated as a fourth-generation mobile suit, it features a Psycommu system and a large-caliber mega particle cannon directly linked to its generator. It served as the personal unit of Alicia Zabi, the Commander-in-Chief of ReZeon.[1]

During its reconstruction, the Re-Haze received significant changes to its exterior. The armor was redesigned with smoother, curved lines, giving it a bulkier appearance compared to the original. Neo Zeon design elements are evident throughout, including a nose sensor in MA form reminiscent of Zeon aesthetics. Its shoulders, like those of the Haze'n-thley II, function as weapon containers, capable of housing a range of armaments—tri-blades, funnels, missile pods, and more—allowing customization based on mission requirements.[1]

Internally, however, the machine retains much of its original structure. The core MS remains the Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort], and no major changes were made to the internal systems. The unit also retains its transformation mechanism, allowing it to shift into a Mobile Armor form with atmospheric re-entry and escape capabilities due to its powerful thrust. In MA mode, the legs function as claw arms, and a mega particle cannon is deployed from the nose section, enabling hit-and-run tactics typical of mobile armors. Its Psycommu system requires a Newtype or Cyber Newtype pilot. It is also capable of seperating into a Top Fighter and Bottom Fighter. [1]

Due to its extensive modifications and enhanced capabilities, the machine was reclassified from "124HS" to the new model number "125." Additional boosters were installed across the body for gravity-bound flight, and a rear skirt armor with integrated thrusters was introduced, significantly improving maneuverability. This emphasis on agility reflects Alicia Zabi's personal vision—to fly freely through the restricted skies of Mars over the planet as its ruler.[1]

Armaments[]

  • Mega Particle Cannon
This weapon fires a focused beam of massive, high-velocity mega-particles, which cannot be deflected by magnetic fields and tears through any conventional armor material. The output power of the mega-particle cannon is 4 times greater than conventional laser weapons at the time and is considered to be more efficient due to most units having semi-transparent coatings on top of their armor which renders Laser weapons virtually useless unless having a laser device at least as big as a mobile suit, excluding the generator.[3]
  • Long Blade Rifle

Special Equipments & Features[]

  • Sub Arm Unit
  • Composite Shield Booster
  • I-Field Generator
  • Psycommu System
During the One Year War the researchers of the Flanagan Institute discover that Newtypes emit powerful thoughtwaves - similar to regular brainwaves, but not electrical in nature - which they call psycowaves. The Flanagan Institute goes on to develop a mind-machine interface called the psycommu (psycho-communicator) system, which receives these thoughtwaves and translates them into computer commands. Using this interface a Newtype pilot can direct remote weapons, and operate huge mobile armors, by thought alone.

History[]

Throughout the conflicts of the Universal Century, there have been numerous instances of Zeon Remnants deploying Gundam-type mobile suits. These units, acquired through various means, were often modified with Zeon-style aesthetics and repurposed as symbols of their factions. One such example is the Re-Haze, used by ReZeon during their operations on Mars.[1]

In the later years of the U.C. 0100s, another Zeon remnant group known as Oldsmobile emerged on Mars, also fielding a Gundam-type mobile suit. Just as the young soldiers of Zeon Mars had once witnessed the overwhelming might of Gundam-type units like the Gundam TR-1 and Gundam TR-6 during Operation Shining Star, does the majesty of the Gundam continue to captivate even Zeon?[1]
