The AMX-00Z Engage Zero Yonghwavin (エンゲージゼロ・ヨンファヴィン Engēji Zero Yonfavu~in?) is a mobile suit first introduced in the smartphone game Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. ENGAGE.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
After the Engage Zero INCOM type was handed over to Neo Zeon personnel, an old acquaintance, at the discretion of Peche Montagne, analyzed and disassembled it. Like the Psycho Gundam Mk-II, Gundam Mk-V, and Pale Rider, the Engage Zero, which became a new technology source for Neo Zeon, was reborn as a new machine with the unit's genes. As a result, Engage Zero's concept from the beginning of the design – the fusion (engagement) of the Psycommu technology that originated from the former Principality of Zeon's "Bishop Plan" and the development technology of the Earth Federation Forces' flagship Gundam – has finally come to fruition—it could be said that it has finally been completed.
The Engage Zero Yonghwavin was developed as a unit equipped with the latest all-range weapon technology and the fastest high-mobility boosters. Its greatest feature is its wireless all-range armament "Remora Funnel", a weapon developed and improved from the "Funnel" mounted on the Qubeley. "Remora" is a term for sharksucker and, as the name suggests, they are normally mounted on both sides of the mobile suit's waist like a remora. When attacking, a total of 10 Remora Funnnels can be deployed, enabling an all-range attack with Psycommu control. While the Remora Funnel was able to secure an output comparable to that of a mega particle cannon thanks to improved E-Cap technology, it was slightly inferior to the Qubeley-type funnel in terms of charge time and deployment speed. Also, during its assembly, the high thrust boosters of a Jamru Fin were prepared and mounted on its back, restoring the original high mobility performance of the Engage Zero.
Armaments[]
- 60mm Vulcan Gun
- Mounted in the head, the pair of shell firing weapons have high-rate of fire but little power and can't damage the armor of a mobile suit, though they can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. They are ideal for shooting down small, lightly armored targets such as missiles, attack vehicles, etc.
- Beam Saber
- The standard close range armament for most mobile suits, it is a small device held in the mobile suit's hands when operated and is powered by a rechargeable energy capacitor. The beam saber emits a blade of plasma contained by an I-Field and can cut through most armor not treated with anti-beam coating. The recharge racks have been moved from the side skirt armor, restoring them to their original position behind the shoulders.

- Remora Funnel
- An advanced variant of the funnels used by the Qubeley series. Ten remora funnels are stored externally, hanging off one another from the Engage Zero Yonghwavin's former hip beam saber racks like the suckerfish for which they are named, flexing and swaying to account for the main body's movements. Each remora funnel is powered by an internal high-capacity E-Pac and can fire beams, able to swivel to fire while still attached to the hips or be released to conduct all range Psycommu attacks. The funnels E-Pacs can not be recharged by returning to the Engage Zero, but they can still be used as kinetic weapons after being discharged.

- The same shield originally designed for the Engage Zero.
Special Equipment & Features[]
- Link-Psycommu System
- A man-machine interface exclusively for Newtypes. This system allows a Newtype pilot to control the mobile suit and its remote weaponry by thoughts alone, and it has the capability to link with other subordinate machines and improve coordination when attacking with remote weapons, and can even allow the pilot of the lead machine to use the remote weapons from its wingmen's unit. An antenna for the Link Psycommu is on top of the backpack.
