The AMX-008M Ga-Zowmn Marine Type is a amphibious variant of the transformable mobile suit AMX-008 Ga-Zowmn featured in the manga Advance of Zeta Re-Boot: Gundam Inle.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The design and equipment ideas for the AMX-008 Ga-Zowmn modification into a underwater type came from various mobile suits developed by Axis for the First Neo Zeon War, which were allies with Mars Zeon at the time. The main body and cockpit have been enhanced for underwater combat by combining the standards with the AMX-003M Gaza-M. This is made possible by the highly airtight frame structure unique to the Gaza-type mobile suits, which is based on a mobile pod. The Ga-Zowmn Marine Type retains the ability the transform into mobile armor mode, it is assumed that it would move at high speed underwater in mobile armor form, approach enemy bases, and after landing, transform into mobile suit form and fight. For battle, both arms have been replaced with extendable flexible arms and iron nails similar to the MSM-03C Hygogg and AMX-109 Capule, and is the primary weapon used for close combat. In terms of range combat the knuckle buster is omitted, and a beam gun are built into each palm instead. A 4-tube SUBROC missile launcher has also been added to the each shoulders, and the armament configuration has been changed from range combat to melee combat.

History[]
The Ga-Zowmn was given to Mars Zeon, which shared resource with Axis Zeon. However, after losing the war, the Mars Zeon were deprived of the many benefits provided by Axis and could no longer the improve the any Mobile Weapon under their control. However, when Mars Zeon decided to seize or destroy the RX-124 Gundam TR-6 ［Inle］, which was being reconstructed, a plan to modify Ga-Zowmn into an underwater unit was quickly brought up.
