Did u use primer?
No I didn’t and her is the spray paint that I used
First the spray paint ur using isn’t good for plastic
The ones u should be using r either tamiya or mr color spray cans
These spray cans is way way better than any others
The base coat is ok. But for the gains painting on the shoulders what paint are you using? Also it looks like you aren’t thinning your paints at all.
Also that grainy texture you are getting in the spray coat looks like the spray coat didn’t bond to the plastic that good or the spray wasn’t consistent. I’d look into a different kind of paint for spraying onto plastic.
Do you guys think that army paint insted acrylic paint
@CAPTAIN AIDS how do u thin? I know this is a step in painting, just not how to do it.
U basically get thinner n pour it into a bottle along with the paint ur using
Ratio of 1 part paint n 2 part thinner
N for primer is 1 part primer n 1 or 1.5 part thinner
@GN-X 737 depends on the paint you use. Tamiya acrylics I use have a thinner. Some can be thinned with water, some need to have a thinner. All it is is mixing the thinner with your paint in a separate bowl. DO NOT. Thin an entire pot/jar of paint. And it depends on what you want to paint. I just use my eye to see what I need. You want to thin your paints and do multiple layers for bigger sections, and anywhere with details you don’t want to cover up.
What do you think?
